Please could you advise on how to correctly cite and source a visual from StatsSA?

Would copying and pasting the image into the assignment be acceptable  (or screenshot)?

What is the format to reference and cite the statistics/image used?

On page 14 and page 18 of the guide are examples for images, tables and figures to refer to in-text and for he reference list.
