Good Morning,

Trust you are well!
I'd just like to clarify:

When using a direct quote from 1 page is it (, p.) or (, pp.)?

How exactly does one approach a direct quote from a source where you wish to only use part of the sentence?
For example, which would be considered correct:

Name (2022) explains that "This is a true fact from a website..." (Name, 2022).
OR
Name (2022) explains that "This is a true fact from a website[...]" (Name, 2022).

Please refer to pages 19 - 20 of the Referencing guide wrt the use of quotations.
The abbreviation p. is used for one page, pp. is for multiple pages.
